Occupying the ground floor of the original Battery Point Manor building with stunning views overlooking the Derwent River.  This room is comfortable and well-appointed for up to 4 people. Features of this room include a queen sized bed, two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, heating with the addition of a lounge with chairs, desk, LCD television and free WiFi.
