Payment and Cancellation Policy
Full payment for accommodation rates will be charged to your credit card at the time of your booking. Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to the expected arrival date; otherwise one night’s accommodation inc GST shall be charged. Any guests that guarantee a booked room and fail to arrive will also be charged one night’s accommodation inc GST and this fee is non-refundable. An administration fee of $20 will be charged by Battery Point Manor for cancellations to cover credit card/bank fees.
